As a child, my love for photography sparked from collecting photos of the times that I spent with my family. My deep appreciation for storytelling through pictures was especially forged when two of my brothers passed away from gun violence. It opened my eyes to the importance of having photographic memories to reflect back on our loved ones and moments big or small that we hold close to our hearts.
